Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and SOHREX Labs ("we", "us") for using the Aroha app. By creating an account you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use Aroha.
Health first. Aroha gives general fitness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose or treat anything. Talk to a doctor before starting a new diet or exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, injured or have a medical condition. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
1. Your account
- You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's consent.
- Give accurate details. Your calorie and macro targets are calculated from them.
- Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
2. Using Aroha
Aroha is for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't:
- misuse the service, break the law, or try to break or overload it;
- access other people's accounts or data;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app.
3. Calculations, food data and AI
- Calorie targets, nutrition values, workout plans and AI replies are estimates. Food values vary by recipe and brand.
- AI responses can be wrong. Use your judgement and don't rely on them for medical decisions.
4. Your content
What you log stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run Aroha for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
5. Our app
The Aroha name, design, Evolution system and software belong to SOHREX Labs. We may add, change or remove features. Aroha is free today; if we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you clearly first.
6. Ending
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that seriously break these terms.
7. Liability
Aroha is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, SOHREX Labs is not liable for injury, loss or damage from using the app or following its suggestions, or for downtime or data loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. Continuing to use Aroha means you accept them.
